I offer real estate agency services that include buying, selling or renting property on behalf of my customers. This extends to property management and investment advice.
What property do you deal with?
Property includes real estate, whether developed or not, used for residential, commercial, farming or industrial purpose.
For companies, property also includes assets e.g. plant & machinery and shares.

How much do you charge for your services?
As a registered real estate agent, my fees are as set out in The Estate Agents Act as follows:
a) Selling – 3% of the final agreed price
b) Buying – 1.5% of the final agreed price
c) Tenancy – Equivalent of 1 months’ rent
d) Property Management – 10% of gross rent
e) Sale of Plant & Machinery – 10% of realised value
f) Mortgage & Investment advice – by negotiation.
